Shipping and Receiving Lead
Slice Merchant Services is seeking an experienced and organized individual for Shipping and Receiving Lead position to coordinate and ensure all shipments, returns, and inventory is worked consistently and by the schedule and requirements of the organization.

Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring reports to ensure all shipments are worked and shipped out promptly
- Serving as a final checkpoint for all outbound shipments to ensure all order instructions have been followed
- Ensuring all returns are scanned in and placed appropriately once they are delivered
- Ensuring all inventory is organized and neat at all times
- Ensuring inventory is marked appropriately and matches what is in the system
- Ensuring inventory counts match what is in the system
- Maintaining good inventory accuracy by having a meticulous level of detail
- Maintaining accurate stock holding and performing inventory counts where applicable
- Identifying, investigating, and processing inventory discrepancies
- Placing new inventory orders when stock counts reach the re-order threshold
- Working closely with the Operations Manager to record issues and improve shipping/receiving/inventory processes
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions.
- Attention to detail.
- Shipping and receiving Lead ( 2 years experience required)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
